We've got new kit! Order in the next two weeks and yours could be ready for Christmas!

We've teamed up with Macron, a leading European provider of high-performance teamwear and club clothing to provide our new, BSTC branded kit. Macron sponsors over 90 professional clubs worldwide in various sports. Including top flight football teams in England, Spain and Italy, plus the Wales and Scotland rugby squads. 

We chose Macron as our club kit provider due to the quality, range, value for money and location of the shop in south Bristol. That means you can get top flight BSTC branded kit at a decent price and collect orders locally rather than paying for postage if preferred.

To find a size guide and delivery/pick up information click on the menu icon in the top left corner and then click on Club Shop Info. 

Sizing Recommendation: As an Italian brand tops can come up small, so our recommendation  is to please check sizing and if in any doubt order a size up. 

The Range: Most items come in navy and royal blue and are available in both adult and junior sizes.
The website is split top to bottom, Junior, Senior and Accessories. 

Lettering: You also have an option to add initials to your clothing items for an additional cost. 

Let me know if you want the Twirl Cap - this is a standard peaked golf style hat - unless it makes you Twirl every time you hit the ball, as we have to order those in bulk!

WELCOME

Set in a beautiful rural location, Bishop Sutton Tennis Club is a friendly, and thriving community offering plenty of opportunity to play across all levels and ages.  

We have:

• 3 synthetic grass courts (2 floodlit).
• 2 all-weather hard courts (both floodlit).
• A Kidzone area with a practice wall (floodlit).
• 2 pickleball courts (floodlit).
• A club house with bar and superfast broadband.
• Plenty of on site parking.

In addition, we have access to 4 extra floodlit hard courts at our satellite site at Chew Valley School. These courts can be booked via our court booking system.

Tennis for All Ages and Levels.

We offer a wide range of social and competitive tennis opportunities for players aged 3 to 80+. Our extensive coaching programme caters to both juniors and adults, whether you're picking up a racket for the first time or looking to improve your game.

Social Tennis.

For social players there are informal club sessions where you can just turn up and play, as part of your membership, in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

• Tuesday night coach led club session 8pm-10pm.
• Wednesday morning coach led club session 10.30am-11.30am.
• Saturday afternoon member led session 4.30pm-6.30pm.
• Sunday social open member led session 8.30am-10am.
• Sunday womens open member led session 4.30pm-6pm.

Competitive Tennis.

We field a strong presence in the Avon league, with:

• 9 adult and 12 junior teams competing in summer league.
• 3 senior (over 45’s) competing in the late summer league.
• 3 adult and 10 junior teams competing in winter league.

Practice sessions are organised by the club captains.

Club Tournaments.

Our popular annual summer knockout tournament welcomes players of all levels and ages. It's a fantastic way for new members to get involved and meet fellow players. Categories include mens,  womens, boys and girls in singles and the same icluding mixed for doubles. There's no need to find a partner for doubles as one will be assigned by the tournament organiser.

Singles Box leagues.

We run mixed box leagues throughout the year, open to members aged 16 and over. The boxes are a great way to meet other members of a similar standard.  

Pickleball.

Equipment (paddles and balls) can be hired for an hour for £5 (members) or £10 (non-members) for up to four players. Please book in advance.
