Box Leagues
We run singles box leagues throughout the year. They are open to all members aged 16 and over. The leagues usually consist of 6 players per box and are mixed gender. The leagues accomodate a range of abilities but your box will place you against players of a similar standard. Each set of boxes last for 11 weeks, so we suggest you play approxmately one match a fortnight. They are a great way of meeting other players and widening your social tennis opportunities.
Matches are arranged via an app called Matchspace and that is where you can message other players, record your scores and see how others are fairing. We also run a Whats App group alongside, to which Martin Hicks adds regular comical updates.
