Our new Social Committee aim to make this event even more enjoyable than the superb 'Quiz with a Difference' held in December, the emphasis is on enjoyment and plenty of exercise for your laughter muscles. WIMBLEDON BALLOT MEETING Saturday 23rd April at 4pm
The Club draw for the chance of some Wimbledon tickets will take place on Saturday 23rd April at 4pm.
To take part in the ballot the LTA insist:
1) You are a fully paid up member of BSTC for 2016/17 .
2) You are a British Tennis Member affiliated to BSTC
3) Aged 10 or over years on 1st January 2016
4) You have 'Opted In' on the LTA website for 2016
A full list of all BSTC members eligible to take part in the Club draw is in the Clubhouse on the main noticeboard.
If you fulfil the above requirements and would like some tickets but are unable to attend the ballot then you can fill in a 'Proxy form', see below, and ask a friend who is able to attend the meeting to bring it with them on your behalf. To speed up the process please write down at least 3 possible dates you can go to Wimbledon.
Refreshments including tea/coffee and cakes will be available.
MEMBERS AWARD of 1 pair of Wimbledon tickets.
Each year we ask you to vote for a member of the Club that you think has done something special, going above and beyond for the club. This is your opportunity to say 'Thank You'.

AGM 2016 will be held on Monday 25th April 7pm in the Clubhouse, all welcome.
The notices are up in the clubhouse, anyone wishing to put themselves forward for any of the Committee positions should contact Sarah-Jane by replying to this email. The Chair gives an overview of events at the Club over the last year and the Treasurer presents the accounts for the year.
