Notes from the coach

Who is the session for? This class is designed for players with ability to play points and hold a rally. What’s the aim of the session? Session will be cantered predominantly around technical aspects of the game. We will be looking on PAS (Path, Angle & Speed) of the shots. We will help you become in charge of the game, making your shots more powerful and controlled. Session will based mainly on the SINGLES GAME. Expect a lot of demos and basket feeding to help you perfect your technique, but also an open play to apply skills into the real-life situation.
